We are a non-profit organization dedicated to serving the special needs community, affectionately referred to as our "Besties." Through unique gifts crafted by individuals with developmental disabilities, we aim to spread love, awareness, and JOY. Our mission is to promote a sense of community and financial independence among these individuals.

Check out these facts about adults who have disabilities.

4.8% of U.S. adults aged 21-64 have a cognitive disability, such as Down Syndrome, Autism, or Dementia.

Approximately one in every 772 babies in the United States is born with Down Syndrome – about 5,100 each year

Individuals with Autism age out of school programs and their parents often leave their own careers to become caregivers.

4.

Cerebral Palsy is the most commonly diagnosed childhood motor disability in the United States

5.

There are 78.7% of adults with a disability who are unemployed in the United States.

Seth Truitt is a 32-year-old with Down Syndrome who lives in his own home (the Joy House) on the back acre of his parent's property. Seth creates artwork to sell to his local community. This birthed the idea of Joy House!
